About this coffee

Named after the brave and welcoming Bukonzo tribes of Uganda, our Bukonzo Dream coffee is made with only the ripest coffee cherries, hand-harvested at just the right time. If you want to learn more about how we roast our beans, read more in our blog here.

The best beans, selected with care

Our Bukonzo Dream coffee is hand-selected from the crops of 398 coffee farmers at the Kasinga Coffee Station. The farmers pick the ripest beans by hand before submerging them in water. The fruit that floats is removed, leaving only the finest beans behind. These are then sun-dried on raised beds for a speciality coffee that’s bursting with complex flavours.

Helping keep the Bukonzo dream alive

The name 'Bukonzo Dream' originates from the Bukonzo tribes of Uganda - brave, friendly and welcoming people who want to provide better opportunities for each generation. The farmers have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are always willing to go to extra lengths to ensure the very best crops that secure a brighter future for their families.
