About this coffee
Grown with generations of experience and blended with love, House Blend 5 brings together the finest flavours of two of the world’s most famous coffee growing regions. If you want to learn more about how we roast our beans, read more in our blog here.
Rich and creamy, with chocolate, berry and violet notes, this versatile blend sourced from family farms is sure to become a firm favourite.
Consistently great taste secures a future for families
More than 540 families make up the association that produces the Tacueyó Reserve coffee, so it’s important that coffee growing in the Colombian province of Toribio is sustainable. To maintain the high standards that make this speciality coffee so great, the association has built new infrastructure to dry coffee consistently, securing the quality of the coffee and the livelihood of coffee growers for generations to come.
Preserving a tradition that’s centuries old
With its verdant forests and fertile soil, the Bench Maji zone of Northern Ethiopia is perfect for coffee farming, and that’s what the Sheko tribe has been doing for hundreds of years. Grown just north of one of the country’s most renowned coffee villages, Gesha, at 950m – the exact same altitude of the Colombian beans it’s blended with – this traceable, sustainable coffee brings delicious berry flavours to this rich and floral blend.
